Marin Storm Foraged Textures

The San Anselmo storm has passed, at least I hope! Luckily we only had minimal flooding in our downstairs, and never lost power like many did. The silver lining of any storm for a floral designer is that the day after the storm, there are so many amazing fallen branches that make for perfect texture pieces. While walking Hailey in downtown San Anselmo this morning I discovered a fallen eucalyptus tree. Seeded eucalyptus is one of my favorite textures for flower arranging so of course I snagged a branch to take home. Paired with other found fallen branches, and lilies and tulips sourced from my local grocery store, Andronico's Community Markets, here are three flower arrangements that will help beat the Marin storm blues.
